SENIOR INSURANCE UNDERWRITER - Short Hills, NJ
Bollinger, Inc.'s Country Club Program located in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Senior Underwriter to underwrite and service a portfolio of accounts on a national basis, through independent agents. The portfolio of accounts will focus on renewal and new business writings. Specifically, this individual will achieve both renewal account retention targets and new business goals and objectives. Additionally, they will establish and enhance underwriting and marketing relationships with sub-agents and provide leadership and training to the underwriting team. A minimum of 10 - 12 years of primary insurance experience is required as is the ability to supervise, manage and train others; multi-line underwriting experience with a strong emphasis on property damage; effective oral and written communications skills; state insurance license; college degree preferred.
